My husband and I have purchased several homes before and after we were married.  However, we never bought a "short sale" property, which really means "long sale" (from April-December 2011).  For a short sale, you need patience, patience and more patience AND a realtor who knows what he is doing.  Thank goodness we had Bob!  He was on top of everyone involved.  When we didn't get answers, he persisted.  I know he sent hundreds of e-mails during our short sale (not including phone calls).  Bob is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable without being pushy like some realtors that we have dealt with in the past.  Bob was always thinking ahead and had us ready for the next step.  He was easily reachable by cell or e-mail.  Our short sale was an experience to remember.  We were thankful that Bob was with us on that roller coaster ride.  You can count on Bob!
