I recently had the honor of being named "Associate of the Year" for 2010 at Keller Williams Classic Realty.



 I have been in the "Customer Service Industry" for over 40 years now and still enjoy working with and helping people with their wants, needs and expectations. I am satisfied only when my clients have attained their goals of either Selling or Buying property in the shortest amount of time, for the best price and with the least amount of problems. In 2008, I received the "FIVE STAR: Best In Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent Award For 2007".  Along with this honor I had a "Featured Profile" in the December/January 2008, and April 2008 editions of the Orlando Homebuyers Magazine, a resource for more than 60,000 readers.

This Year, 2010, has shown much promise for the Real Estate Industry in the near future. Home Owners have been being helped to stay in their properties through various "Loan Modification Assistance Programs" such as HAMP & HAFFA and this should help slow the Foreclosure Rate and Stabilize Home Prices in Florida and accross the Nation, over the coming months. Low Home Prices have again spurred future Hom Buyers to seriously consider that Now is the Time to Buy. Unfortunately, the First Time Buyer Tax Credit has ended, but possibly will be aviliable again sometime in the future. Time is of the essence, Interest Rates are extremely low right now as are Home Prices and if the Economy improves these will undoubtedly take an Upward Swing so take advantage of the opportunities today.

In January 2011 I received the "2010 Associate of the Year" from Keller Williams Classic Realty.
